Today was a long day that felt like further than it was. I was glad to be done even though I had hoped to make it up to Jay Peak. There was no way, at least I sure didn’t feel like it. By the time I finished eating my dinner it was 7:15 … I was done.
There were quite a few ups and downs on the way here, enough that it felt like much further than yesterday, though it was about the same. I kept trading off with strong like bull until the shelter before this one. She went in and ai did not. Then she showed up here about the time I finished eating.
Well, only one more day … 11 or 12 miles.
